Som.. I'm driving down the highway and suddenly get an alert saying my battery is not charging. I don’t know where I am. I pull over and desperately start searching for a mechanic. This place pops up with good reviews. Kim was very kind and told me that they would check it out and I should probably go hang at a cafe! 30 mins later, he calls me and tells me that there is an oil leak and asks me to come over. I look at it and see oil sprayed all over the inside of the engine bay. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy, but I had to get it fixed. These guys were awesome to work with. It took them three days but everything was done correctly and they kept me constantly updated. The prices are typical for NJ and an itemized bill was provided. I would definitely go here again. Here’s another good thing about them – they are right across from the train station. And since I live an hour away, I saved some money by taking the train here rather than spending $100 on Uber. If you live in the area, definitely check them out!
2015 Jeep Patriot. Clutch. Kim and his staff did a great job replacing my Clutch. Nothing about it was easy, scheduling (I was leaving for a week), diagnosing (usual mechanic was concerned it was a transmission issue and recommended Kim), acquiring the replacement (clutch arrived damaged), and through it all Kim was informative, helpful, and understanding about the stress and frustration that comes with having your vehicle out of action.
Kim is an outstanding transmission specialist! He was able to provide friendly and professional service with a charamaatic style. We would highly recommend him.
